Anonymous asked: I have been chronically thirsty for 8 months or so - I've just started drinking more water for 2 weeks now, on its own as opposed to juice mixed with water etc.... since doing so I seem to be worse and can't keep up with it. I am using dark urine & thirst as my indicators. Everything seems to be going off balance in my body since starting to drink so much water. Can you explain this....

Smoke free for the past 9 days now!
I had a pretty intense craving for a cigarette today… I was not in the best of moods, anyway I was about to stop at the gas station but for some reason my body didn’t turn the wheel to pull in, so I ended up just going back home! YAY! I beat the temptation…somehow lol It will feel fantastic, and will probably be a lot easier once I’ve been smoke free for a month.
